Q1: What types of heating film do you offer?

A: We offer two main types: (1) Standard carbon fiber heating film with fixed resistance (80W, 140W, 220W per m² in 5 width options (25/30/50/80/100cm), and (2)sealed heating film (220W per m²) that could be under tile floor. Other width and power could also be customized.

Q2: What wattage should I choose?

A: It depends on your climate, floor type, and insulation: 80W/m² for well-insulated rooms with wood/laminate floors in mild climates; 140W/m² for standard residential heating; 220W/m² for cold climates or under tile/marble

Q3: Can the film be cut to size on site?

A: Yes. Designated cut lines are marked every 25cm along the length. Cut along these lines with standard scissors. NEVER cut between lines or across copper bus bars. Custom cut intervals available for bulk orders.

Q4: What flooring types are compatible?

A: Compatible with virtually all floors: laminate, engineered/solid wood, PVC, vinyl plank, and composite. 

Q5: Do I need a thermostat?

A: Strongly recommended for standard carbon film (mandatory for safe operation).  Thermostats sold separately – we offer programmable, WiFi, and smart thermostats. Bundle pricing available.

Q6: What accessories are needed?

A: Sold separately: T-shaped clamps (bus bar connectors), bitumen insulation tape, reflective foil insulation, thermostat with floor sensor probe. Optional: PE protective film for tile installs, cable ties, extension wires.

Q7: Is there electromagnetic radiation?

A: Virtually zero EMF. Independent testing confirms levels far below international safety limits. Far infrared radiation (8-16μm) is beneficial – similar to sunlight warmth, promotes blood circulation.

Q8: What is the warranty and lifespan?

A: Warranty: 2years. Lifespan: 30+ years (50,000+ hours). No moving parts, no degradation. Most failures occur at connection points, so proper installation is critical.

Q9: Can this be used for wall or ceiling heating?

A: Yes. Low wattage (80-140W/m²) recommended for wall/ceiling installations. Popular in Europe and Korea for radiant panel heating. Proper securing/adhesion methods required.

Q10: Do you support OEM/ODM?

A: Yes. Custom wattage, width, cut intervals, printing/branding on film surface, custom packaging, voltage (110V/220V), and bundled accessories kits. MOQ for custom: 3000 m².
